MISSION

To perform every day, our engineering team uses the most up to date engineering systems available in the market (DAO, FAO, PLM, ERP). With these tools, we propose reliable solutions for both our internal and external customers.

To maintain a high quality of design, our engineers and draughtsmen follow a programme of Continuous Professional Development with ongoing training. New rules and regulations are continuously studied (3A, EHEDG) to maintain up to date designs. We also follow the latest progress in machining technology and take this into account to achieve better engineering solutions.

Located in two sites our engineering team is multi-cultural. It creates a competitive advantage by open mindedly sharing knowledge and experiences.

The definition of the design is made in close collaboration with our customers. It can be as simple as the minor customisation of an existing pump, a revamping or a full project starting from a blank sheet. This is why the most important characteristics of our team are innovation, a creative mind and rigor. (Neoceram filed 2 patents in the last 3 years). With daily technical discussions the Neoceram R&D team work with the client to reach the best possible solution.

The R&D team actually manages the machining of the prototypes. With the manufacturing team, it defines the best procedures to optimise quality and cost. It defines also the industrialisation steps necessary to obtain the best delivery time and market price.

Our multilingual after sales team helps our customers deal with trouble shooting, provision of spare parts and repairs. The team aims for a fast and customised answer to any question the customer may have.

Our patented monolithic ceramic dosing pumps are machined from a single block of ceramic with no coatings and just one product-contact material. The Naked® line features built-in inlet/outlet and a compact, solid design that protects hose connections within the ceramic body.

With a seal-less construction and reduced number of components, it ensures easier maintenance, minimized risk, and seamless integration into your existing machines. Cylinders and pistons are entirely ceramic, while connection parts use stainless steel and PEEK where needed — ideal for pharmaceutical environments requiring precision and sterility.

Designed to reduce aseptic risks and optimize efficiency, it minimizes operator intervention, shortens setup time, and ensures no direct or indirect contact with product-critical parts. Its ergonomic gripper and holistic approach from RTP to the filling station streamline maintenance and cleaning.

Easy Fitting® also supports compliance with the 2022 EU GMP Annex 1, which highlights the need for aseptic connections and reduced manual interventions in Grade A environments.

Neoceram introduces the Precyx® Single Use Filling Unit, a high-performing solution that combines the convenience of single-use technology with the stable, accurate, and reliable performance of a ceramic pump.

Designed for sterile environments and compatible with isolators, Precyx® is available as a complete filling kit, including a single-use ceramic pump and an active distribution device. PHARMALOX ®

Pharmalox® is a high purity alumina ceramic (>99.7% Al2O3) specially designed for our products.

The high purity of this material results in very clean grain boundaries which contribute to its excellent corrosion resistance in the presence of both acid and alkali-based cleaning solutions e.g. NaOH and HCl.

Pharmalox® is inert, non-cytotoxic and does not release particles. It is easy to clean due to the low porosity. It has high wear resistance, a low friction coefficient and accepts very smooth surface finishes.

PHARMAZIRIC ®

Pharmazirc® is a Yttria partially-stabilized zirconia ceramic specially designed for our products.

Its carefully controlled chemistry and microstructure imparts excellent resistance to corrosion by both acid and alkali cleaning solutions and to the hydro-thermal destabilization that happens with other zirconia ceramics during steam sterilization.

This material is also non-cytotoxic and does not release particles. It is easy to clean due to the low porosity. It has high wear resistance, a low friction coefficient and accepts highly smooth surface finishing as a result of its very fine grain size and low porosity.

THERMAZYL ®

Thermazyl® is a zirconia toughened alumina ceramic specially designed for our products.

Its carefully controlled chemistry and microstructure imparts excellent resistance to corrosion by both acid and alkali cleaning solutions and to the hydro-thermal destabilization that happens with zirconia ceramics during steam sterilization. This material has been especially designed for application requiring good thermal shock resistance.

This material is also non-cytotoxic and does not release particles. It is easy to clean due to the low porosity. It has high wear resistance, a low friction coefficient and accepts highly smooth surface finishing as a result of its very fine grain size and low porosity.

Thermazyl® is X-Ray detectable (smallest detectable size as low as 0,8 mm) and complies with Directive 80/500/EEC amended and FDA regulation
