YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE
School Partnerships
We actively collaborate with technical schools and universities such as FORAL, Ciampini, University of Genoa, Amaldi, CNOS, and others. These connections allow us to identify promising young minds and introduce them to Neoceram’s world of excellence.
On-Site Tutoring – 2 Months
Selected students join us for a two-month in-house tutoring experience. During this period, they receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a first taste of the precision and innovation that define our work.
Paid Internship – 6 Months
Next comes a six-month internship, where participants become active members of our team, working on real projects and gaining deeper insight into our technologies, processes, and company culture.
Apprenticeship Contract – 2 Years
After the internship, eligible candidates can sign a two-year apprenticeship contract — a step that currently represents 17% of our workforce in Italy. This period allows for more in-depth learning and specialization, with close guidance from our expert staff.

With over 90% of our apprentices transitioning into full-time roles, the Neoceram Academy is more than training — it’s a launchpad for a meaningful and lasting career

For.AL Collaboration: Our partnership with For.AL plays a key role in identifying and nurturing future talent. Through joint initiatives, we welcome students from For.AL into the Neoceram Academy, offering them early exposure to real-world applications in high-precision manufacturing.
This collaboration enables a seamless transition from classroom learning to hands-on experience, laying the groundwork for long-term professional development.

At Neoceram, we take pride in our commitment to quality and sustainability. We achieved both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, reflecting our dedication to maintaining high standards across all four of our sites. These certifications are a testament to our ongoing efforts in quality management and environmental responsibility.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is at the core of our operations. In 2023, we installed 1,334 solar panels on our roofs, significantly reducing our environmental impact. We also support green mobility with electric vehicle charging stations, demonstrating our commitment to a cleaner, greener future.

SUSTAINABILITY PLANS IN ITALY
Neoceram S.r.l. is committed to sustainable development, aiming to create a business model that fosters economic growth while respecting the environment, social well-being, and governance. Over the next two years, a specialized team will work toward these goals:
- Implementing an environmental management system (UNI EN ISO 14001:2015) by 2025 with certification.
- Establishing a specialized sustainability team.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
- Modernizing and reorganizing environmental management areas to protect the environment and stakeholders.
- Raising employee awareness through continuous training.
- Participating in environmental initiatives (e.g., Treedom).
- Conducting a Carbon Footprint analysis to reduce the company’s environmental impact.
Upon achieving these objectives, Neoceram S.r.l. plans to publish its first Sustainability Report by 2026.
